To become an Official Member:
1) Agree to never penalize people who give you an opportunity to expand your network (which means you agree to never mark a LinkedIn connection invitation as "I Don't Know" or "Flag as Spam" - if you do not wish to accept an invite, simply click the "Archive" button instead).

Private Members are people who are unable or unwilling (for professional, personal, or space limitation reasons) to add the TopLinked.com text to the headline or website section of their LinkedIn profile page - they instead help support TopLinked.com by paying a slightly larger membership fee. • Amounts are in US$'s - but you can pay in the currency of your choice.
• This is a subscription that is automatically rebilled by PayPal.
• Canceling your subscription through PayPal immediately cancels your Membership.
• You can cancel at any time via your PayPal account, but there are no refunds for unused time.
• It may take up to five business days to process Membership subscriptions.
• If your PayPal email address and/or name is different from what you use for LinkedIn, it is your responsibility to tell us what it is via the order form above or to send us an email to let us know to whom the payment should be applied.
• Private Membership is not an option for people listed in the TopLinked.com Top 50.
• If you sign up as a Top Supporter, there is no need to also pay for a Public Membership (but all other terms and conditions of Public Membership still apply).
• If you pay for a Public or Private Membership and are also a Top Supporter you will receive credit for an additional 300 Top Supporter Points.
• If you do not abide by the Membership Rules, we reserve the right to delete you from TopLinked.com with or without warning and with no refund - after all, how hard is to simply not click "I Don't Know," not click "Flag as Spam" and not remove TopLinked.com from the proper spot on your profile (or instead sign up as a Private Member)?!
• No warranty or guarantee is made or implied. By participating in the Membership program you agree and affirm that the extent of our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to participate in the Membership program, and that our only obligation is to permit you to participate in TopLinked.com and include you in the monthly "Invite Me List" emails to TopLinked.com participants (and if a Private Member, participate without having to put the TopLinked.com text on your LinkedIn profile page) - and only if you otherwise fulfill all the duties and obligations of being a TopLinked.com Member.
